Facilities

Hermes is located in Stavanger, with facilities at Dusavik and Stavanger East.

• We have four workshops with a total area of approximately 2000 square meters.
• Separate stainless/acid-resistant workshop covering approximately 200 square meters.
• Outdoor area, Stavanger East, 2500 square meters.

Machinery:

• Lathes
• Cutting tables for both plasma and water cutting
• Milling machines
• Saw – OD 900 x 720mm
• Benders
• Large drilling machines

Testing area:

• 100-ton crane (50+50 tons)
• Certified foundation, up to 300 tons.
• 8 x 100-ton lifting eyes mounted in the foundation.

Stainless/acid-resistant fabrication:

• Dedicated workshop (200 sq. meters) for a carbon-free area.
• 2 x 5-ton cranes
• Plasma cutting table
• Welding of acid-resistant, aluminum, Duplex and Super Duplex.

CNC Machining:

• Multus 400: 5-axis, max OD 350mm, length 2050mm
• Okuma Genos 300: max OD 250mm, length 1060mm
• Okuma LB 15: max OD 250mm, length 1050mm
